For Pre Christmas delivery times please see the homepage or call us on 01843 864240 if unsure. Approx 72 hours after an order is placed, an e-mail will be sent detailing your exact despatch and delivery date. All Canvas Print orders take approx. 4-7 working days to be despatched. This time scale excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. The time scale commences once your image and payment are in-place. Fun Photo Shop will acknowledge receipt of all these criteria by e-mailing a despatch and delivery date. Please Note: Fun Photo Shop cannot allocate a despatch date for your order until full payment has been made and relevant images have been received. If you have not been e-mailed a despatch date with approx. 72 hours of your full order being placed, please contact the us to check that payment has been successful and your images have been received. We use genuine Ultra Chrome K3 Inks. They are designed to last 75 years for colour and 100 years on Black and White. back to top The size I want is not listed? No Problem. We specialize in bespoke sizes, Just email sales@funphotoshop.co.uk or call 01843 864240 with your requirements so we can quote you the cost for your requested size and then add it to the website for you to proceed with your order online. back to top Will you print any picture? Yes, you can post, email or upload on the website. We work with digital images and printed photographs. For very large files, we recommend sending the file on cd/dvd. You must agree to the terms and conditions regarding copyright issues Our graphic artists look over each image before printing and will contact you if they have any concerns about resolution, cropping etc. However if you are unsure about the image you are sending, please make a note in the special instructions box at the checkout so our graphic artists can bear this in mind when processing your order back to top Do you supply to trade? Yes, please contact us for details on how to apply for our trade account. back to top Which payment methods do you accept? Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Personal cheques are also accepted. Cash if collecting. If you have any other card please call us to check on 01843 864240 back to top Delivery? If you have not paid for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. The parcel WILL require a signature so please ensure you choose a suitable delivery address taking this into account. Alternatively Fun Photo Shop is able to deliver to neighbour or relative’s houses, work places but NOT PO Box addresses. If no-one is able to accept the delivery at the address given, please leave a SIGNED note on the front door advising the courier where to leave the parcel i.e. on the property, neighbour, local Post Office etc. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the local depot and delivery will be attempted again the next day. PLEASE NOTE Fun Photo Shop uses outside couriers and the couriers will not call clients for any reason. Delivery dates are advised with plenty of advance therefore we would appreciate your assistance in calling or e-mailing us if you have any problems so we can make different arrangements. Creating an account allows you to re-order simply by entering your e-mail address and password, saving you entering all your details again. You can also use your account to check your despatch date and order progress. We do not store your payment details for your own security. back to top Will my image suit being wrapped round the sides? If you are not sure, its no problem. We will check all images before printing and we will contact you if there is a problem. If you require a prevue to make up your mind email us your image along with the size required and we will do the rest. back to top If I post an image for scanning will I get it back? Absolutely, we post all printed images back with the finished canvas. If for any reason, they have not been enclosed, just call or email us and we will post them out immediately. If you are sending a CD, please ensure you make a backup copy of the files in case it gets lost on its way to us. back to top How long does it take to get my photo put onto canvas? Normally orders take 5-7 working days from order to despatch. However please be aware that this may be exceeded during busy periods such as promotions and holidays. back to top What does 10x8 inch canvas mean? This means that the individual canvas is 40 inches wide by 20 inches high. We always quote the WIDTH first. Along with inches there is also a size in cm's. When placing your order the size of the canvas will be printed in cm's i.e. a 25cm x 20cm 10" x 8" will be printed 25cm x 20cm with a 4.3cm coloured side or if you require an image to be wrapped around the edge it will be printed 33.6cm x 28.6cm back to top What are your last shipping dates for Christmas? Your personal details are stored on a secure server; you can login to your online account and change your details at any time You can also change your delivery address through your online account up to 72 hours prior to despatch however please contact the gallery for confirmation of the amendment.
