Terms & Conditions

Here at Fun Photo Shop we want to give 100% customer satisfaction so we have set a few simple but fair rules. If you have a question but don’t see an answer please contact us at info@funphotoshop.co.uk or you can call us 01843 864240. Please be patient if calling, sometimes things get busy so please leave a message on the answering phone and a contact number, we will get back to you.   

Delivery Times

Fun Photo Shop CANNOT allocates a despatch date for your order until full payment has been made or the relevant images have been received.

If you have not been e-mailed a despatch date with approx 72 hours of your full order being placed, please contact us to check that payment has been successful and your images have been received.

If you are purchasing an item from the ‘Gallery’ section, if ordered before 12pm, it can be delivered the next working day. If the item is out of stock don’t panic, items can be made and delivered within 3 working days of payment, If you require delivery on a certain date, please specify this in the special instructions box at the checkout of the online order form.

Delivery.

Your canvas WILL require a signature so please ensure you choose a suitable delivery address taking this into account. Alternatively Fun Photo Shop is able to deliver to neighbour or relative’s houses, work places but NOT PO Box addresses. If you have not paid for a Saturday delivery then all deliveries are made between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday

If no-one is able to accept the delivery at the address given, please leave a SIGNED note on the front door advising the courier where to leave the parcel i.e. at a neighbours. (Don’t forget they must be able to sign for it)

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the local depot and delivery will be attempted again the next day.

PLEASE NOTE Fun Photo Shop uses outside couriers and the couriers CANNOT call clients for any reason. Delivery dates are advised with plenty of advance therefore we would appreciate your assistance in calling or e-mailing the Fun Photo Shop if you have any problems. And we will rearrange to suit you.

Returns

No Quibble Returns Policy

“Gallery Canvas Prints” returns only

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Fun Photo Shop but simply changed your mind regarding their purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;

Items must be returned to Fun Photo Shop in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. Any damage that has occurred to the items whilst in your possession may affect your refund.

Fun Photo Shop MUST be notified of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and then the item itself must be returned within the 7 days after your notification. Fun Photo Shop CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure.

”Customer image orders” only

As your order is a bespoke service, any items that are delivered as described and are in good condition may NOT be refunded. Damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned bespoke items that have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

All 'Pop Art', ‘Water coloured Art’, 'Collage' canvases and any other 'Special Effects' will be proofed via e-mail to you the customer prior to printing. Please note that we never go to print without the approval of a proof (please note proofing is only for special effects) therefore a delay in response may affect your issued despatch date.

If you decide not to proceed with a ‘Special Effect’ order after your image has been proofed, we can refund the canvas cost but not the additional design fee as the work will already have been done. This may be chargeable of up to £10.00

Here at Fun Photo Shop we try our best in image reproduction, if Fun Photo Shop have an issue with your image, we will email you with the cause. We will not proceed until you confirm all is well.

We understand that not all monitors and printers are calibrated. Here at Fun Photo Shop all our printers and monitors are calibrated and because we will only use the very best in Epson canvas and Ultra Chrome K3 Inks, your image will look the same today as it would if printed in years to come.

Cancellation policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders CANNOT be cancelled once production has commenced or a proof has been agreed.

Damages

Full refunds or exchanges will be made for any items lost or damaged during transit. To qualify, please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving. For weekend deliveries, please call 01843 864240 and leave a message on our answer phone or email sales@funphotoshop.co.uk

Please check the entire box for damage and, if possible, open the parcel and view the contents. Otherwise we advise all customers to sign, "NOT CHECKED" with the courier and score through any small print accepting the condition of the parcel if you have any doubts about damage upon delivery. Please take care when opening packages. (Don’t open with a sharp object such as a Stanley Knife)

* Free for orders over £300*** (Saturday delivery will be charged £25)
**Saturday UK delivery before 12 NOON. An extra £25.00 charge will be charged  on all orders. 
Please note Free delivery for customers in The Isle of Thanet. Code: "THANET"
P.S. if you live in the Thanet area and have placed an order but haven't used your THANET code its fine, we will refund you the delivery cost when we deliver to your door.
